    To połączenie kilku już znanych od wielu lat modeli. Praktycy zarządzania mają dosyć jednoznaczne zdanie na ten temat. Filmik jest może ciekawy, ale kompletnie nic z niego nie wynika, a jak ktoś zna firmę to wie, że hm… Większośc PL firm nie jest na to gotowa mentalnie i najpierw musi przejść przez inne modele. Aby przejść do tego ww. najpierw trzeba osiągnąć bardzo wysoki poziom zorganizowania firmy, a pracownicy muszą pracować od wielu lat i mieć stałe umowy – taki drobiazg. To naprawdę żadna rewolucja. Najpierw niech Polacy naucza się zarządzać i zmienią mentality, bo szastanie pojęciami bez zrozumienia nic nie wniesie.
